Good morning all!<br><br>
I'm on my own with the kids this morning - dh had to leave for a meeting at 6:15am. He got home last night around 11pm. I honestly don't know how he does it! My dds are supposed to be getting dressed upstairs but it doesn't sound like it!<img alt="roll_eyes.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/roll_eyes.gif"><br><br>

I have to get my dds on the bus, take ds to school, then PT. We also have swim today for ds so it's a busy day! Hopefully I'll fit in a 45min bike ride with some weights and core in there somewhere!<br><br>

Back from PT and I got to run 6min in a row! It's so funny that that is exciting to me, but it totally is. I can now run 6min/walk 1min/repeat for 30min (or a bit more if it's feeling OK) Then I can add minutes to the run if it feels OK. I don't need to go back to PT this week but I'll go back next Tues. I am starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel - finally!! This PT guy is great and he knows my history and my personality and I'm so lucky I found him and his office.<br><br>
I gotta go get ds from school and then we're off to swimming. Snow here later today from what I hear - yuck!! I guess it will turn to rain after a while. I am SO done with winter!<br><br>

Marianne - sorry your ds is feelng sick and you, too! I hope it goes away quickly! Get some rest if you can.
<b>Nicole</b> - please take a pic of your dd and what she selected to wear! My dds - especially my older - used to take great pride in dressing themselves inoutrageous outfits. I loved it!

Staci - I'm sorry for you ITBS issues. I wish I knew what to tell you. I ran on banked roads a lot and my right leg was always on the high side. That is also the side I leaned my hip out when holding my kids. I had a tilted pelvis from holding the kids like that for so long and that caused me a lot of problems. I wonder if you have something going on in your hip/pelvis area? I guess it's really common with women who've had kids. ((SB))<br><br>
