Good morning!
I just finished a nice 8 and starting my crunches and leg lifts.
Did I ever mention that I hate Tuesdays?

Good morning! I don't dislike Tuesday's but I don't necessarily love 'em either. Better than Monday's though. Definitely. No running today for me. It's a rest day. I didn't lift weights last night. I may do upper body tonight. Depends on how I'm feeling.

Suds - WTG on your 8! Wow, you're really picking up the mileage. Have a great day.

Alemma - Have a great day today. You are such a sweetie. Have fun in 1st Grade!

Heather - Glad you're feeling a little better. Take it easy on the tummy and get some rest.

KKR - Hi sweetie! Are you running today? I hope you have a fabulous day today!

Moni - Hope the inspection goes well. GL getting that 4 in!
Good morning Tri! Nice job on your 3.27! Looks like your mileage is increasing too. WTG dude!
Marianne - I'm so sorry about dd. I hope it's not pink eye. Poor DD. (((((DD)))))
Good morning Ron!!! Wow, this is early for you.
I'm sorry to hear that. You're not getting sick? Just life stuff?
Hope something turns up for you Myron. Support calls when you're not working really sucks. GL getting you 4-5 in later!
That would SOOOO frustrate me!
Fit - I am so GLAD!!! That your Dad does not have any serious heart problems! OMGosh what a relief for you guys!
Abbie- It's probably already been said, but the worst thing you could have done was to let that kind of behavior go unchecked. You're the mom. You did what you thought was best at the time. She cannot grow up believing that she can be disobedient and defiant without consequence. She cannot believe that she can sabotage your plans if she is defiant. Look around our society and you can easily see the results of that. Ky can probably give you some examples. It feels horrible to discipline like that, but sometimes (I'm not advocating one way or the other for spanking) you gotta do what you gotta do. You're a good mommy and she loves you.
You're fine Myron. No interview means... no interview.
(((((RMAD's DD's and DS's)))))

(((((Nicole))))) - I feel your pain. My DH had a car w/no ac. Let me tell ya, when I had to drive that car, dd would get home w/little red cheeks and hair matted to her head. She hated it! I'm so glad that car is gone! We GAVE it away. It was an 84 Caprice Classic.
Nite Alemma!

I'm caught up. Now I've just finished cooking dinner and I'm watching AI! Can I say that Archuletta (sp?) kid is a cutie!! I like the rocker guy too!
DS found out he's running the 400 this weekend at his track meet. He's freaking out! He's never run the 400 before and has no idea how to pace himself.
Nope. He does 550's at practice, but he never sprints.
This week will determine what other events he'll be able to run next week. He liked the long jump when he did it last year.
I loved David Archuletta (sp?). Simon liked him too... He was the 17yr old w/the man voice.
