GM my lovies! I can't sleep up here in Massachusetts, so I got up to read the last of yesterdays thread! I am <span style="color:#800080;">TOO COOL</span> because I finally beat <span style="color:#FF0000;"><b>Sudsy</b></span> and <span style="color:#000080;"><b>TY</b></span> out of bed!<br><br>

My 8 is done. I had a good morning and managed to finish in 1:19:17 and still maintain my low heart rat while at 5% incline.<br>
Now it's time for some crunches and leg lifts.

Morning Suds, KyKy (way to go on beating TY & Suds to the thread!), TY and Alemma!!! I am not up to run or anything (even though I should b/c I am up), DD3 has me up.<br><br>
KITKAT! I was CURSED for what I said last night but not a TOTAL curse. DD3 just woke up a little before 4 and said her throat her and her TUMMY hurt!!! I was thinking, Oh CRAP! I asked her if she needed to throw up and she said no, that her tummy was hungry. (last time she said that she puked) So I got her into the Lazy Boy and got her some goldfish, laid down on the couch and waited for the inevitable and thought of you. Ended up she just had to poop (thought of you TY!!) and was afraid to b/c last time she did the toilet overflowed. <img alt="smile.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/smile.gif"> Lucky me.<br><br>
Well props again to all you morning workout machines! I am off to go back to BED! LOL!!! Love you guys! (Hope you get some sleep KyKy!)

I am slacking on mileage today. Don't want to be by myself in the fitness room... I am always scared to be there alone... I know... silly...<br>
I will probably shorten to 7 and do it all at the gym with the little time I have... oh well.
