Good morning!

A good workout and some good stair-stepping this morning!

Ron, sounds like beautiful weather there. Hope you enjoy the weekend, sounds like a fun time ahead.

Sisu, good luck with the adjustment today. Sounds like you're "bouncing" back after your fall.

Marianne, I hope you got some good rest last night. Sounds like the leg is acting normally after a layoff like that. Good luck getting back on track.

Good morning! Today is my Friday and that always puts me in a good mood. Tonight I will do an upper body workout and walk on the treadmill at the gym where dd has gymnastics.

Good morning Ron, glad the back is feeling better! My hip is feeling much better and I'm fighting the urge to ramp up the running schedule. This is still an easy week for me and I'll just move forward slowly. So far so good.

UFFF DA!! Bum hips, backs, legs etc....we need to get healthy!! :) My hip is giving me some trouble lately too...need to be better about stretching it...that is another area I have gotten lax about!

Ran 3 last night...first time all fall I wasn't able to run in shorts and had to wear capris!! We have had a beautiful fall and the fact that i have not ran in the morning since before i went back to work helps but it has been wonderful while it lasted!! The "S" word is in the forcast for possibly this wkend!! ISH! Not sure if I will get a run in tonight...supper at my moms and then ds3 has BB. Hoping to get another quick 3 in!

Speaking of falls, bum hips/backs/etc, my husband took the dog for a walk the other night and ALLOWED her to chase a jack rabbit (she was on leash and it was pitch black out! He stepped in a hole while running with her and severly sprained his ankle. He can hardly walk and it is so swollen! He has terrible ankles from his basketball years and all the twisted ankles he had...so no running for him for a while and i haven't had a lot of sympathy as he shouldn't have allowed the dog to chase the damn bunny anyway!! The song "oh, that old gray mare, she ain't what she used to be....many long years ago" has frequently come to mind the last day or two! :) God it sucks to get old doesn't it!!!

Ron ~ We had snow over the weekend, but just 1 1/2" - and it was gone by nighttime....most people were complaining, but it put me in a holiday mood!

SB ~ Take it easy with that hip!!! Yes, getting older does suck - seems like more people are injured or sore right now than normal! Hope you get your run in!
