<p>Morning my running friends. I hope to lift a little later but will probably take a running rest day. It is another hot one here but it should cool by tomorrow and for the weekend.</p>

<p>Today will be a running rest day for me. I ran 5 last night with some intervals thrown in. Like Ron said, it's hot here and I can't wait until it cools down. I have to work for a few hours this afternoon, but that's about all that's going on around here.</p>
