<p>Good morning!</p>
<p>The same stretching and rolling this morning, can't wait to get back to normal. Looking forward to testing it out a bit on Sunday to see how I'm doing. Not looking too good right now, but I'm taking it one day at a time.</p>
<p>Anyway, the steamy Thursday begins.</p>
<p>The word of the day is "sweat."</p>

Good morning! Really hot run this morning. It started out rough because my legs are reLly sore from yesterday's workout. Overall it was good. I cant stop sweating though. Yuck!<br><br>
Suds - k know it's hard to be patient but taking care of it now will pay off later. Stay hydrated today.

<p>Andi good job on running with the humid weather.  I am not a big fan of humidity.  Unless I am laying on the beach in Hawaii,</p>
