Good morning!

Some speed work this morning and a quick workout.

Long weekend for me since I'm taking tomorrow off to "dog sit". Hopefully the weather will be nice and we can go out for a couple of walks. He's not ready for any running yet and the vet said to hold off on walks but he has too much energy and needs to at least get out there for some walking.

Hope you all have a great day!

Good morning!

I did not run my 5 last night. I just could not motivate myself to run in the pouring rain. Oh well. I did 8 this morning. It started off horribly. I was in pain by mile 1 but decided to give it another mile or so to see if it would work itself out. It did. Overall it was a good run. I'm almost wondering if it is the road I start out on since it is a wreck and banks so much. We'll see if I can do 20 on Saturday.

Paul it will be nice to have the long weekend off. Hopefully the licking is kept to a minimum with you home.

Andi good job on your run this morning. Hope you are ok for your 20. I hate banked roads.

Hi everyone. I'm just sitting in the airport right now, waiting on my delayed plane. Today is DDs bday, so I am going back to Boise for a few days.

I ran 5.5 yesterday and did some weights on my legs, so I was expecting my legs to feel really tired today, but they don't. But, I don't expect that I will have a chance to run today.

Suds-Good job on your speed work and work out this morning. Enjoy your long weekend and doggy time!

Hi all!

I went to bootcamp this morning and it was cardio day but we also did a bunch of crazy push ups and core, too. Phew.

Andi - glad to hear that your leg is OK. The banked roads were what really aggravated my IT band and now I have to really try to stay off them. I hope that you are feeling good when you do your 20 this weekend.

Fer - happy birthday to your dd! Hope you have a good trip.

Ron - have a good workout later today. Is it still really hot there? I loved the 90 deg weather in FL and it's cold and miserable here in Maine.

Sudsy - Tank will be happy to have you home tomorrow! He must be going crazy not being able to walk or run. Good job on your speedwork today.
