Hey Paul! Good job on the hills this morning. I hope you have a good day at work.

I'm so freaked out about the marathon right now but I guess that's normal. I usually have stress dreams about running at this point but last night I had a stress dream about the sleepover with nine 12 year old girls that is taking place at my house tonight! haha! I guess it's a good diversion for my marathon stress. :) I'll go for a very short run today and do lots of prep for my dd's party.

Time to make the donuts :) Have a great day!

my horse cut his face last night--so after I drop kids off at school, need to check on him, then go for 3, pick ds5 up at 11, home to shower, pack his overnight bag, clean house, back to school for my after school program from 2:30-4:30, off to barn to feed horses, then hopefully out for a walk with my friend :)

have a great day everyone..waiting for the sun to show itself today *sigh*

Hi Amber. I hope your horse is OK! Enjoy your run and walk today :)

Thanks for the pep talk! Yes, I know the course but that is the scary part! there are some sections that are really challenging but I'm trying to stay positive. Yes, JB will be there and I don't know if I'll see him at the start but we're trying to meet up after. Abbie is not running it this year. I'm sure she qualified but it's a big trip for her and I know she's training for an IM.

Morning my running friends. I have been MIA this week. I have been in the lovely state of Arkansas. It is actually really beautiful. They have real tress there and lots of them. The weather was great but I am just not up to traveling for work any more. I am glad to be home. I did work out while I was gone but today I am really tired. I got home atfer 11 and was gone before 7 this morning. I am ready for bed already.
