Good morning!
Nice run and workout for me this morning. I know it's only Thursday, but man I'm beat this week and I'm looking forward to the weekend. No work on Saturday!
Hope you all have a great day!

Good morning! Rest day for me. I did a really slow 4 with my neighbor yesterday. She is just starting to run a bit after losing 30 pounds over the last few months so we did a bit of walking in there as well. It was good to go slow and give my legs a break while still getting the miles in.

Suds - I agree that it has been a tiring week. Sunday was such a long day that I don't think we've recovered yet! Nice job on the run adn workout this morning. How far are you running this weekend? I have to try to fit 17 in with my kids crazy schedules. It will either be super early or late afternoon on Sat I think.

Congratulations Leembo! Great news! Are you planning to be a trainer full time eventually?

Andi - I'm glad that you got to do that easy run with your neighbor. It's probably exactly what you needed after the race and your busy week.

Sudsy - I'm glad that you don't have to work on Saturday. That makes the weekend so much more enjoyable and relaxing I'm sure.

Today is a rest day for me and I may do some yoga later. I have a sore achilles from bootcamp then hills yesterday so I'm trying to take it easy on it. I'm starting to get really ornery about this snow storm we're supposed to get! Hopefully it will turn into more rain than snow!

Afternoon my running friends. I was out of the office this morning but back to the craziness which is work now. At least half the day has passed. It is so hot outside today (around 90). I am not ready for Summer to kick in. I worked out last night and again this morning. Tonight I will probably take it easy but who knows. I am feeling pretty good these days. My leg has some issues but overall I feel good. I don't remember the last day that I didn't feel sore.

Paul this has been a long week. I have Monday and Tiuesday off next week so I can't wait until tomorrow night.

Andi I have a friend that is over weight. He even had gastic bypass a couple of years ago. He said he was going to run a marathon next year. I said I would run it with him. It would be more of a walk so I won't need to train too hard but it would be a great experience it we do it.

Congrats LEE are you going to work 2 jobs now?

Susan I hope you don't get more snow.
