<p>Good morning!</p>
<p>A nice tempo run for me this morning and workout. I'm glad it's Thursday, but then again it's only Thursday.</p>
<p>Hope you all have a good day today.</p>
<p>Sisu, maybe you should do the half with Andi and Lee!</p>
<p>Ron, send some of that nice weather this way. I know I'll be complaining about the heat soon, but right now I could use some warmer weather.</p>

<p>Good morning.  Today is a rest day.  I did not get my run in last night but I figure my body could use a rest since I've worked out hard for 10 days in a row.</p>

<p>Suds - nice job on the tempo run!  The weekend will be here soon.  How far are you running this weekend?</p>

<p>Morning my running friends.  I got a slow 4 in last night and hit the weights.  There will be more of the same later.</p>

<p>It is warm again today Paul but I can't enjoy it from my office.  I will be complaining about the heat soon too.</p>

<p>Suds - I was thinking of you today when I was at the bike store buying fuel for my long run.  What are you using to fuel up?  Maybe that is why your longer runs are so hard. </p>

<p>Ron - Too bad we have to work and can't enjoy the nice weather.  Boo!</p>

<p>Good morning Ron! Have a good run and workout later. No plans for me this summer.</p>
<p>Andi, I don't know what it is lately. I seem to be getting worse instead of better when it comes to the long runs. Maybe I'll try a gel every 45 minutes instead of every hour and see what happens.</p>
<p>What store do you buy yours at? The one in Whitman?</p>

<p>Sudsy - are you getting enough electrolytes?  Do you use a sports drink in addition to gels?  I can't do Gatorade so I've been using Heed or E-Fuel electrolyte drink from Crank Sports.  I really like the E-gels and E-Fuel and used just E-Fuel drink on my long run last weekend and felt really good.  I hope you can figure it out because the whole fueling thing is so frustrating.</p>

<p>6 miles on the TM done.  I can't believe how many sick days my kids have had this year!  They are usually very healthy but they keep getting these viruses.  Ds has a fever, cough and hasn't eaten all day.  blah.</p>
