Good morning!

Some speed work this morning, glad that's over. A little more difficult when you're bundled up, it's dark and it's only 10 degrees out there. My parts should arrive today so hopefully the TM will be back together this weekend.

Sounds like everyone had some good runs yesterday, hopefully more of the same today!

I am debating on redoing w5 or just going for w6....at least the runs for the week are the same today (from w5-w6)--so maybe I will just run today and see how I feel....it really just the thought of the tm and running for that long on it that makes me want to poke my eyes out...but what ever the decision I NEED to run today--already thrus and I havent run yet this week...

Morning my running friends. I started to run last night and my legs were tired so I stopped. I didn't want to have a bad run and I didn't really need to run anyway. I will work out later today. It is going to get a little cold for us the next couple of days and rain. It will be a good weekend for staying in and watching movies.

Paul running fast and wearing a lot of layers doesn't sound appealing to me. Nice job.

Amber hope your run went well. I have a sure fire weight loss diet. I want to write a book about it but there are health risks. I won't give all the secrets but it is called the raw chicken diet. Everyone that has tried it has lost weight.

Hi Amber! Nice job getting that run done! It's always worth the extra effort!

Hi Ron! Sounds like a good weekend coming up. We're getting some rain tomorrow but the weekend looks like it will be clear.
