Good morning!

Had a nice tempo run this morning under a nice bright moon and warmer temps. It was somewhere in the 20's, but felt warm compared to the temp from yesterday.

Have a great day everybody!

(I thought of a name for Ron's wallet idea, but not sure if it's appropriate or not. Maybe I should let it slide.)

Hey Suds - It can be really nice to run outside in the dark. It can really suck too. I'm glad today was a good one.

Suds - Want to borrow my headlamp? I don't really need it right now because it is getting lighter early enough that I can see without it.

Good morning Amber! Sorry to hear about DS. Hope he feels better soon. Good luck with everything else. Actually I'm out there at about 3:15 or so. It's dead quiet out there but not too bad with the cold.

Andi, I'm all set with my flashlight, but thanks for the offer. It's nice that the sun is coming up a little earlier, isn't it?

Hey everyone!

Sounds like a nice run, Paul. Hopefully any more really cold and miserable weather we have will happen after you get your TM fixed! You need to tell us your name idea!

Andi - enjoy your rest day today!

Amber - sorry to hear about your ds. My oldest is finally back to school today and so far everyone else is OK. Hope your day goes well and that he is feeling better soon.

Running rest day for me but I went to the gym and used the arc trainer and did some core work and bosu ball squats. I just needed to get out of the house after so much time at home.

Paul - not sure about Run for the Border yet. I'm doing a long run tomorrow so I think that will be a good gauge of whether things are better.

Hi all! I don't really feel much like running today, but the weather is going to be worse tomorrow so I should definitely get my butt out the door. I just need a little more coffee first.

It snowed a little. Enough to turn the ground white and make the roads a little icy. Driving the girls to school was a little stressful. I am getting to be such a baby about driving on slick roads, even though I have lots of experience with it.

Suds-The moon was really bright this morning! I'm glad you had a good run. How many hours of sleep do you get at night? Also, I'm very curious as to the name you came up with for Ron's product. LOL

Andi-Enjoy your rest day today!

Amber-I hope DS is feeling better soon. Enjoy the warmer temps!

Susan-Good job on your workout. I'm sure you were feeling a little cooped up after being at home for so long. I hope everyone stays healthy for awhile!

Morning my running friends. I am taking a running rest day today. I had a good run last night. I think mentally I am read to run more and my leg feels great. I did go to the gym and lift this morning which felt great.

Paul gald you had a good run. Do you just hold the flash light in your hand while you run? Becareful out there. I saw on FB that Rockinmomma got hit by a car while running.

Andi do you do bootcamp at the gym. I would like to try that one day, but I don't think my gym offers it.

Amber that is warm. It is rainy here are temps are not too much different today.

Susan enjoy the running rest day.

Hi Sisu, Ron and Fer!

Sisu, you rest day doesn't sound like a rest day.

Fer, hope the weather holds out. We have a gorgeous day here today, the garage doors are open and the sun is shining!

Ron, enjoy you rest day. Yes, I hold the light while running. I also borrowed a red strobe light from my dog. I got him one for his collar for late walks but he doesn't mind if I hook it on my jacket.

My idea for a name for the wallet?

Suds-LOL about the name. That's hilarious. I'm actually surprised that Ron has not already thought of that one. He's going to be kicking himself now. LOL

I just got back from 6 miles. The sun was shining so it seemed pretty nice. A little wet and sloppy but not too bad.
