Hi Paul! Nice running this morning. THis has been a long week, hasn't it?

I'll do a short run and yoga today. Tomorrow is supposed to be my long-ish run and hopefully I can meet up with the friends I ran with last week. My TM is getting fixed tomorrow! I never thought I'd be so happy about that but it's going to be really cold this weekend that I might actually use it. And, the best news is that they aren't charging me for parts or labor for the repair since this is the third time I've had to have a major repair.

I don't know what just happened I lost my post.

Well morning my running friends. I got a good short run in this morning and some weights. I need to get more motivated with my running so I run a little longer. I am ready for the weekend. Last weekend was full of baseball so we didn't get to relax at home much.

Paul good job with the hill repeats. I need to do some of that.

Susan I hope your TM comes back strong. I have never done a thing to mine and it must be 7 years old or so. How old is yours? How long do they last?

Amber I wish I could take my kids skiing. They would love it.

No run for me after all but that's ok since I'll be doing a longer run tomorrow. I did do yoga so that's a good thing.

Ron - my TM is almost 4yrs old and luckily I bought one with a really good warranty and an excellent local service guy. It's a Vision Fitness which I bought because it was supposed to be so good. HA! I have no idea how long they are supposed to last but my Mom's TM has got to be at least 12yrs old.

AMber - the ski race must have been fun! Next time you'll have to take pictures!

Susan you must have a lemon on your hands. I hope that it gets taken care of. I haven't heard much of the Vision Fitness TM's. We have a Landice. I like it but it seems slightly harder then the ones at the gym but that is probably a good thing.
