Good morning!

This time it really is Thursday.

Got an easy run done and a small workout as usual.

Sisu, hope you get straightened out and back on track. The bike ride sounded like fun. Do you keep the dog on a harness or does he just follow you?

Ron, sounds like you're doing well. Just keep doing what you're doing, it's working.

Andi, hope you're feeling better today.

Suds - nice job on "the usual".

Sisu - Sounds like you had a nice ride yesterday.

Ron - I'm glad to see you are running again and, more importantly, enjoying it.

Morning my running friends. I worked out again last night and this morning. I was feeling good this morning running and the damn TM stopped at 21 minutes so I just stopped and lifted.

The weather is nice here today (low 80's) but it will be in the mid 90 for the baseball games on Sunday.

Morning Paul good job as usual on getting up and getting it done.

Andi did you get a new job? I am happy that you left your old place. I hope you are doing well.

Hey!

Paul - I don't keep my dog on a leash while biking or running on the trails. (he is on a leash running on the road with me) He's really good about staying with me on the trails but he needs to learn to stay either father ahead of me or behind me on the mountain bike! I almost hit him a few times but was able to avoid him. How is Tank?

Andi - hope you enjoy your day off and bike ride today. Tomorrow is your last day, right?

Ron - that's too funny about the TM. Maybe it was telling you not to push it! So glad you are feeling better.

Just a walk with the dog and some time on the lazyman bike and PT exercises this morning. I took my road bike in for a tune up yesterday and got a call that my frame is cracked! I can't believe I didn't notice it because it's right where the handlebar tube fits in. The guy told me that I'm lucky I didn't keep riding it that way. The good news is that Specialized is going to have to give me a new frame so my bike will be "new" - well, except for my old components.

Kid drama at my house this morning - my dd9's beloved Moe the fish died. Such sadness for a little fish. The good news is that we told her yesterday that she could get a dog so she has that to look forward to. She wants to have a burial for the fish this afternoon - what do you bury a beta fish in??

Hi all. I just got back from the gym with a friend. I ran 3 miles and did the elliptical for almost 1/2 hour. I did all of it at a very easy pace because we were talking the whole time. I don't really feel like I did anything, so maybe I will run some more, but I also don't want to tire myself out because I want to be fresh for the 5K on Sat. We'll see.

Hi Paul!!

Andi-Enjoy your day off. What is your schedule going to be for your new job?

Hi my husband! I'm sorry the TM shut off on you. That's annoying. I miss you!!!

Susan-Very sad about the little fishy. My dd had a beta fish named Raspberry for about 2 weeks and then it died. She just got a new one named Blueberry. Hopefully he lasts a little longer!

Burial at sea is not acceptable for my dd although it would have been the easiest and best solution! Instead, I packed the poor fish in a ziplock bag inside a plastic (empty) gelato container. My dd also put his jar of food and the glass stones from his aquarium. Then I had to find a place in our yard to dig a hole to bury the gelato container along with the fake plastic coral from his tank. Digging in our yard is not easy but I finally got through the roots and the rocks and then after lots of tears we covered it up and put up a little fence around it. phew. Highest maintenance fish ever!
