Good morning!<br>
A killer workout for me this morning. One mile warm up and 7 hill repeats, each at .25 miles. Woof. I worked like a dog.<br>
Then I did the usual crunches and leg lifts, just so I could lay down. <img alt="smile.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/smile.gif">

I think the closest I will get to bigger foods during the race will be hot dogs and chicken soup. I will have pizza after the race for sure... and steak... and chocolate... and lots of beer. But I think I will have to have all that at home, since I assume I won't be able to sit on a restaurant chair for a couple of weeks. I will have to lay down for a while.

Andi, yes the daylight savings is a blessing for me right now... the weather was perfect last night.
