Good morning!<br>
A killer workout for me this morning. One mile warm up and 7 hill repeats, each at .25 miles. Woof. I worked like a dog.<br>
Then I did the usual crunches and leg lifts, just so I could lay down. <img alt="smile.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/smile.gif">
