Good morning!<br>
I decided to start some speed work today. I had a nice 40 minute tempo run.<br>
It felt good to push a little harder after being limited for so long while MAFing.<br>
It's been about 10 or 11 weeks, that's good enough for me right now.<br>
Ok, on to the crunches. Be back in a bit.
