<p>Good morning!</p>
<p>Getting ready for my 20, a little later than I planned. It's pretty cold out there but at least I'll be running in the sunshine.</p>
<p>Looks like some snow coming tomorrow so my early morning runs will be a little slower. The parts that I ordered for my treadmill were not readily available so more than likely it will be another week of waiting.</p>

<p>Hope you long run went well Paul.  I ran a good run this morning but only a little more then a quarter what you are running.  We are just hanging out since most of our baseball got rained out.</p>
