<p>Hope you are all having a good weekend so far. I'm headed out for a run in a little while and then some yard work later.</p>
<p>Andi, I heard another explosion last night, I'm surprised you can't hear it. I've heard about 2 or 3 a week for the past couple of weeks. I know it's not a shotgun from a hunter, just not sure exactly where it's coming from.</p>

<p>Good morning! Hope you have a good run later. I'm celebrating the fact I drank a whole bottle of wine last night with no hangover. My mom is taking E to the circus later, so Maxwell and I will be chilling this afternoon. </p>

<p>I ran with a group yesterday and had so much fun.  We ran a little over 6.5mi and my knee started to be cranky right about the time we finished the run.  It's feeling OK today so I guess that's a good thing.  I'm taking today off from running.  Have a good afternoon!</p>

<p>One more thing --  I finally got my bike back from it's "tune-up".  It now has a new 2010 Speicialized frame in the brightest craziest color red ever!  I bought the bike in 2005 and it used to have a nice blue frame and now all of my components are on this new frame and it just doesn't look like my bike!  My old frame had a crack and was replaced by Specialized.  I guess I can't complain that for $75 I have a new bike.  <img alt="smile.gif" class="bbcode_smiley" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies//smile.gif">  It's even supposed to warm up this week so I can take it for a ride.</p>
