I am NOT up for a race this morning nor am I up b/c I want to be!!!<br>
KIT KAT SAVE ME!!!!! DD3 just had a <i><span style="font-size:xx-small;">small pukey</span></i> made it in the toilet but says her tummy hurts. I think it is from her antibiotics. Poor baby. <img alt="sad.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/sad.gif"><br>
But the GOOD news is that I ACTUALLY was up to wish the races GOOD LUCK!!!!

Hi, Lee! I'm having some coffee and a blueberry bagel right now. I'll be picking up Andi around 7:30 or so and then heading out. What time are you leaving? You've been there before-is 7:30 too early? I figured parking may be an issue.<br>

Nicole, do you always give it to her on an empty tummy. Some anitbiotics actually are not recommended to be taken with food either, so they work better. I'd give her some <b>skim milk</b> (the fat from reg milk could upset her tummy more) to give more comfort and if it's not better by tomorrow, call her doc.

Hi Suds, I am trying to...lol... I am going to eat somethin now and prepare the feast. I'll make 5 mile loops and eat like there is no tomorrow. I'm increasing my sodium today too. I'm puffy again...look like a marshmallow...

from my house to the exit. And last year there was alot of traffic<br>
getting down to the start and the registration area was like a stampede<br>

LEE, good morning! Not really ready. I feel lazy...I am drinking more and will eat some to see if I fell more energized... Just regular tiredness from yesterday's 24...
