<p>I'm cleaning the oven today to warm up our house- what a huge difference it makes! I ran 5.5 this afternoon with my sherpa DS10 on his bike. It was a good run- slower than I had hoped but I guess that's what happens when you slack on the running in favor of cycling. Gaela and Alemma are running the Marshall marathon tomorrow!!!</p>
