Morning my running friends. I will lift later but we will see about running. My leg has been giving me my usually issues so I might take another day off. It is feeling much better then yesterday though. It isn't painful I just know if I keep going the way it is feeling I will eventually have to take some time off which I don't want to do.

Hey guys!

Sudsy - you used the word "Great" five times in that first post! You must have had a great morning. Glad to hear that you are feeling good and nice job on your workout :)

Ron - sorry to hear that your leg is bothering you again. Do you know what is causing it? I hope you had a good workout.

No running for me today except chasing the kids around at x/c practice. Nothing like trying to herd 52 second and third graders around! I spent part of the day dealing with a gas spill in the back of my van. Dh filled a 5 gal can of gas yesterday and apparently it tipped over in the back of my van and a bunch of it spilled. Half of the carpet was soaked and whatever he did to try to clean it up made it worse. I figured out how to pull up the carpet today to let it air out and I have a lot of cleaning left to do. Tomorrow I may remove that whole section of carpet which involves removing the seats but it's the only way I can see that it can be cleaned. The fumes are so bad. I had to tear out the carpet padding because it's beyond cleaning. I just don't know why he won't accept any help or advice - that is the part that really pissed me off. I knew he had no idea how to take care of it. Men!! (no offense to you two haha!)

Hi Sisu! Wow that gas spill sounds worse than I thought! I hope you can get that cleaned up and get the smell out. If you want instructions on how to remove the seats, I can get them for you and post it here if you want.

Thanks Paul. I think I have the information I need as to how to take the seats and carpet out. My sister sent me a link to a diagram but it's for a 2007 Odyssey and mine is a 2010. Hopefully it's the same! I'll let you know how it goes.

Susan that is horrible. I can't believe men some times. Hey wait. The only sure way I know to get rid of gas is to burn it. But I think you if lit it on fire it would probably burn more then just the gas.
