<p>Good morning!</p>
<p>Happy Monday (I guess).</p>
<p>Took a recovery day today and back on the schedule tomorrow. At least the air has changed and we got rid of that blanket of humidity.</p>

<p>Morning my running friends.  I ran a little over 5 yesterday and did some weights.  I am looking forward to running a little in Mammoth and Tahoe this weekend.</p>

<p>Hope you all had a good weekend.  We were on a lake from Thursday until late yesterday and I guess we picked the right weekend to be on the water.  It was so hot so we spent most of the time jumping off the boat, swimming and floating.  We went with another family and all of the kids had a blast (despite the sunburns!)  I only ran once there but made it to bootcamp this morning.  I have no marathon training plan right now - I guess I should figure that out!</p>
