<p>Good morning!</p>
<p>Had a nice run and workout this morning, now it's back to work. Yesterday was a great day. No run, no yard work, no anything except chilling out. At the end of the day we had dinner at the Sea Dog Pub overlooking the ocean and Boston skyline and then some ice cream while sitting on the seawall at the beach. It was a great Father's day!</p>

<p>Good morning!  Back to the gym this morning.  More pull ups were on the menu and I really hope I don't have the same issue I had last week.  I hope all the dads out there had a great Father's Day yesterday! </p>

<p>Andi - good job on the workout this morning.  Did you hurt yourself last week doing pull ups?</p>

<p>My bootcamp class has moved to 6am so that was a great way to start the day today!  We did a couple of circuits and then ran hills.  I love these hill workouts and I know I would never push myself this hard doing them alone.  </p>

<p>We picked up my dh yesterday from his three day 180 mile bike ride (the Trek across Maine) and he did great.  An amazing event and I'd love to try it someday but it's always the last week of school and I need to be here with the kids.  </p>
<p> </p>
<p>Last day of school for my kids - all three have a half day and then I'm taking them to get ice cream.  Time to run some errands during my last few hours of freedom!  </p>

<p>Morning my running friends.  I hope I get a work out in after my daughters promotion from 6th grade.  No work today for me. Yesterday was a good day.  My son lost his game but they played great.  The other team had a bunch of huge 8 year olds.</p>

<p>Good morning Sisu! Sounds like that bootcamp is going to make Mt Washington seem like a training run! Enjoy the rest of the day with the kids! (I hope DH isn't too sore).</p>
