<p>Another gray and damp Monday here. Had a nice run and workout this morning, now it's time to shift into work mode. Hope you all have a great day today!</p>

<p>Good morning!  I was going to hop on the bike for some crosstraining today but decided to sleep a little extra instead.  I woke up with a cold - ugh!  I hope it goes away quickly.</p>

<p>Suds - I am glad you had a good weekend.  Nice job on the run and workout this morning.</p>

<p>Sisu - I am sure the race will go well this weekend.  Better to get the crappy runs out of the way now!</p>

<p>Sb - Congrats to your day.  I think it's great that he is finding his inner runner!</p>

<p>I am so sick of the gray, damp days.  We saw the sun for a brief period on Saturday but it was right back to drizzly rain yesterday.  I miss the sunshine!</p>

<p>SISU---I am *thinking* of maybe biting the bullet and doing the 5K this weekend...its a trail race and would love to do it....we will see......so if I am there I will call ya and we can connect ---regardless of if I am there..you will have an amazing race and cant wait to hear all about it....</p>

<p>ANDI---sorry for the cold ...when do you leave for VT? Are you and LEE and MARIANNE riding together?  You will have a great race! I hear the route is very pretty...I will pray that it is a dry day for you!</p>

<p>RON--so how is the weather there? I am sure after today I can paddle my way to you guys, who have sun and flowers and warmth--LOL-----</p>

<p>I'm running out the door to dds and ds's classes to help out but wanted to say hi!</p>

<p>Andi - sorry you have a cold.  I hope the sun makes an appearance soon, too.  This is awful!<br>
Suds - did you run inside today?  I am hoping to run after I get back from school and I might just hit the TM to avoid the cold and rain.</p>
<p>ROn - please tell me that it's warm and sunny there!  </p>
<p>Amber - I will be there on Saturday working at a water station so definitely let me know if you will be there!  It's a really fun event and I bet you'd love it!</p>

<p>SISU--seriously comtemplating it.....its pretty cheap....but I wanna shirt (extra money).....I am no where near my running game..but I can certainly walk 3 miles with a little running thrown in...its one of those races I have always wanted to do, but we are always camping so I never can....and we will actually be home this weekend....so I will talk it over with DH and let ya know </p>
