I hope everyone had a good weekend and a nice Easter! I managed to get in 15.5 yesterday and it was a lot warmer than I thought it was going to be. Warmest run of the year so far for me I think.<br>
Easy run this morning and just doing my light workout and it's off to the shower.<br>

<p>Glad to hear that you were able to skip the sickness at your house, Paul.  This virus was awful and I think it hit me so hard because it was right after the marathon.  Poor Tank!  it's the right thing to do but I feel bad because they have no idea what's going on!</p>

<p>My Boston marathon pics are proof once again that no one should ever takes pictures of me while I'm running or even after for that matter.  They are terrible and I look like a dork!</p>

<p>Good morning!  I managed to get my 20 in bright and early Saturday morning.  It was cool with a steady, drizzly rain but it wasn't pouring so it wasn't too bad.  It was pretty slow, but that's what I expected since I started it already exhausted.  I need to catch up on some sleep some time soon.</p>

<p>Suds - Nice job on the 15.5 yesterday.  I was supposed to do 5, but after a bottle and a half of wine (oops) I wasn't up to it.  </p>

<p>Sisu - Have fun at boot camp.  I went this morning and it was a tough workout. </p>

<p>Good morning Andi! When I was out running yesterday I saw someone far ahead of me running. She took a right on a side street and as I passed the street I saw her walking and knew it couldn't be you. Nice job on that 20!</p>

<p>Morning my running friends.  The weekend was nice with just one baseball game and some family time.  Now it is back to another wonderful week at work.  Actually it will be a good week.</p>

<p>Andi - great job on your 20 miles!!  Sounds like you celebrated a little bit after and you deserved it  I'm sure you more than made up for that 5mi run you missed yesterday at bootcamp today.</p>

<p>I totally love my bootcamp class and today I hit a new high with pushups - I did 80 and felt really good.  We did them in sets of ten between the first 8 stations but still that is a lot for me.  Soon I'll be arm wrestling Sudsy for a beer <img alt="headbang.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/headbang.gif">  haha!</p>

<p>Sisu - Nice job on the push ups!  I am amazed at how much stronger my legs are than my upper body, but I'm getting there.  We were working on pull-ups today.  I still need to use a band to help me.  If I ever get the kipping skill down I may be able to knock out a few unassisted.</p>

<p>Ron - I'm glad you had a nice weekend.  Our 1st baseball game of the season was rained out.  Hopefully tomorrow's will go off as scheduled.</p>
