<p>Good morning!</p>
<p>Had a nice easy run in the snow this morning and a quick workout.</p>
<p>Had a strange run yesterday. I wound up getting sick and unable to finish the run. I'm not too sure why since I stayed home Saturday night and had nothing but water and Sprite to drink the night before. I got to mile 12 which was in front of my house and had to double over. Stayed sick for the rest of the day but felt fine this morning. Weird. Maybe I should stick to beer.</p>

<p>Good morning!  We had a crazy weekend.  DD had a couple of hockey games yesterday so we were up and out of the house by 5:30.  It was a long day.  I did not run since I was just exhausted since I had been out on Sat night and went to bed late.  I hope to get out for a short run after work.  The outside of my knee is bothering me a bit but I think I just need to stretch really well after a hard workout on Friday and 11 miles on Saturday.  I have a gc for a massage and I think I will use it next week to see if she can loosen things up a bit.</p>

<p>Suds - There are a lot of quick stomach bugs going around.  I am glad you are feeling better today.</p>

<p>Morning my running friends.  I will run here in a little while.  No baseball so we will probably just hit the cages  It is beautiful out clear and probably a high of 60.  Glad I have today off.</p>

<p>afternoon. Going back to the gym tonight for more c25k, I started over again. Soccer signups for Elise tonight as well, and Maxwell is cutting two more teeth. Good times.</p>
