Good morning. I went to bootcamp this morning. I swear they are trying to kill me. 5 rounds of .25 mile sprint, 5 flights of stairs, 20 kettlebell swings, and 20 reps of ski abs.

Suds - Nice start to the week.

Sisu - I'm glad you like the new shoes. Have a good run later.

We had a busy weekend. My grandmother was surprised and happy about her party and photo album. Lots of hockey, too. 3 wins, 1 loss.

Good morning Sisu! Enjoy the run with your new, bright, shoes! My run was inside this morning. I made it outside on Saturday and had a nice 7 miler, but Sunday was a bit slushy so I did 14 on my TM.

Good morning Andi! Sounds like you're really get some great workouts in!

Lost the heat in the shop. The temp right now is 49 degrees in here and slowly getting colder.

Morning my running friends. I will do some type of work out tonight while we watch the BCS game. My son had been a U of O fan for a couple of years now so he is excited.

Thanks Paul our anniversary was low key. We were suppose to have baseball but that was cancelled so we went out to dinner. I hope you don't freeze.

Susan I hope you had a nice run. How cold was it?

Good morning all! I hope Monday is treating you well. I'm just drinking coffee and working around the house. I will go run in a little while, but I haven't decided how far yet. I had a pretty good 7 miles yesterday.

Suds-14 is cold. I would have stayed inside, too. However, I stay inside at most temperatures anyway. LOL Our anniversary weekend was good, thanks. We just laid around and watched movies and we went out to dinner. Nothing too exciting, but Ron is lucky because it is pretty easy to make me happy. :)

Andi-Great workout! That sounds hard! I'm glad to hear your grandma enjoyed her bday party and gift. And, it sounds like it was a good hockey weekend, too.

Andi - that sounds like a great workout! I need to find something like that here. Hope you had a good day!

Ron - it wasn't too bad out there when I ran today except for the wind. It was about 25deg and nice until I had to run into the wind - that was killer! Have fun watching the game!

Fer - hope you had a good run today. You've been running really well lately! Do you have any races planned?

Sudsy - that is cold! I hope all of those guys in the shop have their long underwear on!

I ran 7.8mi today and felt just great until I hit about 7mi and then it all went to hell. My knee was hurting really bad and I couldn't finish the last .2 mi of my 8mi run. How sad is that? I am staying positive though. Or at least trying. :)

Susan-Sorry your knee started hurting. It's terrible when you so close to finishing a certain mileage and you have to cut it short like that. Take it easy! No, I don't have any races planned. I don't know what I will do. I will probably just run as though I have a half marathon coming up, and then I can be ready if anything comes along that works into my schedule.
