Hi Paul! Do you have snow? Nice job on your workout this morning! Hope you have a good day.

I'm taking today as a rest day from running but I plan to do some yoga and PT stuff when I get back from helping out at school. Had a lot of fun running the muddy trails behind my house with my dog yesterday. Lots of lots of "ponds" of water I had to navigate around or through and my shoes and socks were soaked by the time I got home. It won't be long and I'll be x-country skiing on those trails, too!

Morning my running friends. We had a nice weekend. Son got the tournament in. He was really happy. It is the new team for him so he had to up his intensity a little. The team played in the harder of the 2 - 13u tournaments and they took home a medal eventhough they have played together since August. My son played great too I was very proud of him. I worked out a little too. It didn't start to rain until they finished playing.

Wow Amber sounds like you guys are getting some real snow!! It's just flurrying here and I doubt we'll have any accumulation. Good luck reading your dissertation. Is there someone who can proofread it for you? We have no snow on the ground at all - it's hard to imagine that you have enough for snowshoeing and snowmobiles!

Ron - congratulations to your son! Sounds like you are going to have perfect weather there. I'm convinced I should be living in CA or down south somewhere. I am not looking forward to winter.
