I Heart you too Andi! Thanks for the tough love!! DH is having some surgery done to his gums this morning and I am hoping he will be well enough for me to go. If not, I will take the girls - I just won't be able to do as much as I'd like to.

Good morning. I survived the Shamrock Half despite limited training and other obstacles. 1:40:24 plus a two mile warm up jog; my hotel was way south on the beach! It was fun watching the marathoners afterwards. I did dip my feet/ankles in the ocean after, sort of mini ice bath. I am still in Va Beach, at my mom's. Headed out for a short run soon then home this afternoon.<br><br>
Quite the headwind the first couple of miles, but blessedly the rain was done.<br><br>

Lee - I just iced my foot and I took advil. I am really hoping to be able to run in a day or two. It would suck to get this far and not be able to finish. KWIM?

Good Morning Cho!! Sorry about that jerk. Yesterday on my run, I was also in the bike lane and I saw this truck approaching.. When he was closer, the driver steered into the bike lane and drove there for a little bit. I don't know if he was trying to scare me or what... I was wondering if I should jump to the left and into the snow, but he eventually got back on the road.. <img alt="confused.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/confused.gif"> Good job on your run!!
