Good morning!<br>
I had a nice easy 4 this morning, finished my crunches and now I'm doing my weight workout.<br>

hi Suds... looks like you're starting nice and fresh...<br>
I need to move my legs, but won't run... I think I will do a little bike with no resistance...

ha! I actually tried to make her wear my worn socks while we were running (I had 2 pair on) yesterday cuz her shoes were still wet and her socks got humid too... but ya know... she's too good...

I'm extra tired this morning technically it's only 5.15 uuuugh<br>
I have to get use to the 1 hour lost sleep lol!<br><br>
Today I will try to get some core and weights tonight.<br><br>

Lee - I hear ya about Mondays. And this is the worst one right after Daylight Savings Time. Ughhhh.<br><br>
Heather - If you get her early enough on Friday, we could go to Mr Li's if you like Chinese and Japanese food. We go there every Friday. On Saturday, I'm thinking I could make lasagne. What do you say? <img alt="smile.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/smile.gif"><br><br>
