Good morning!<br>
A nice easy 4 miles this morning. I'm still tired from the 15 yesterday. I had to work it in late afternoon due to being in "recovery" mode in the morning.<br>
Now I can get my lifting and core work done!

Good Morning everyone! Damn it's cold out there this morning. -10* with the wind blowing and it was blowing hard and often. 6 miles done.<br><br>
Suds - Nice work on the 4 and weights.<br><br>
Ty - Take the rest day and recharge. I'm sure your body will thank you.<br><br>
Alemma - have a nice run.<br><br>
Heather - nice work on the 4.2 and core. I didn't want to get out of bed this morning either - I knew what was waiting for me outside!<br><br>
Lee - Soccer sounds fun - I would have face planted I am sure due to my complete lack of coordination!<br><br>
Monika - I hope you get over your cold soon!<br><br>
Tri - Nice work on the morning run.<br><br>
Abbie - Good job on the swim!<br><br>
JB - Enjoy the morning with the girls!<br><br>
Oh - I wanted to say that ds7 played a game at the Dunkin Donuts arena yesterday before the P Bruins game. He scored his first goal ever and they announced his name and everything. It was a very good day for him!<br><br>
Off to start this day!

Very cool that you play Soccer Lee!! I have a girlfriend that has been trying to balance it with her running. Seems she's always rolling her ankle though

Andi _ yeah for ds that must have been so exciting for him. You braved the cold<br>
this morning bbrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr it's freezing!<br><br>
Runmom- Oh it's difficult that's for sure I was wiped out but it is fun. one girl got smacked<br>
in the head with the ball and another girl got a bloody nose. yikes! I'm hoping a can<br>
escape the season without any injuries like that.

NB!!! I see you down there!!! Quick question - can your DH get kids shoes or only Adult? DH tried on running shoes last night. We got a pair of Asics but she also liked a pair of NB that the guy recommended. I think they were 992's. Just wondering for the future.<br><br>

I have had a sick kid all weekend--v-day party today--another kid that gets up at 5am every morning...rough nights and days around here............<br><br>
did my first offical brick work out last night--it was so much fun! ---trying to re work my schedule so I can swim tomorrow instead of buy vday gifts for the kids and dh---we will see what happens---<br><br>
how is everybody else????

I have a sinus headache, but I'm feeling pretty good otherwise.<br><br>
I'm off to eat breakfast then head to work.<br><br>
We've got a guy (same one who bolted down our shutters, and fixed our flashing from the last wind storm) coming out to fix our shingles on the dormer tomorrow. Not sure if he's going to fix it tomorrow or just give us an estimate... I'm sure he's going to be pretty busy the next few weeks given what I've seen around the 'hood.

Does anybody have a little one that would like a Nintendo Gameboy Advance? DS never plays his because he has his Nintendo DS, Wii and Playstation 2.So this morning he told me he wants to give it away to someone who will play it. So if anyone here wants it, it's yours...free of course!
