Good morning!<br>
4 miles done, crunches and leg lifts done, now hitting the weights.<br>
I'm trying to work off all the beer, junk and bad football I consumed yesterday.

I should do the same, cuz I stuffed myself with beer and chili... so much that I went to bed feeling sick... <img alt="rolleyes.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/rolleyes.gif"><br>
I am still deciding if I will take a full rest today. No running for sure. Legs are fresh but they need a break.

Good morning, Ty! You deserve a break-you had a hell of a weekend with the miles you put in!<br>
I went to bed feeling sick, too. Not from the food, but from the game!<br>
At least my new tv looked great.

aaawwww (((((((Suds)))))) I know...sorry, it was a huge bummer.<br>
you need to rent a bunch of movies to watch this week on your super TV to skip the news... I know, I know... you probably still want to suffer through that...(?)<br>
I think I'll skip today's workout... I'm just lazy and the VRAA kicked my butt at this time.

I can't watch any news about football right now.<br>
You deserve a nice rest day-you need to recover those muscles. Even if they feel good, they still need to repair themselves.

I agree. This is a cut back week for me... This coming weekend even feel funny... it has a 12 followed by a 15...the weekdays are still the same. Tomorrow I have 9 with 3x2 miles @ HM pace. Yikes. But if my legs feel heavy I'll just do a recovery 9.

well, I wouldn't call it a cut back usually. It is hard work to me. But I guess comparing to the past 2 weekends, that's what it is called...lol

GM hillkiller and suds. Again, easy 2 for me today. Did 2.5 yesterday. The running is starting to get easier again. Good runs you two.

Good morning! Did 4 and crumches this morning.<br><br>
Suds-WTG on the workout. I fell asleep before halftime last night(I had taken medicine for my tooth) and I woke up around one and turned on ESPN and almost fell out of bed from shock when I seen the score!<br><br>
Ty-enjoy the rest day!! If anyone deserves it you do!

I'm trying to wake up a little bit before I run. It's cooler out than I expected and I can't find my warmer clothes with DH sleeping....I guess I'll just suck it up.<br><br>
