good morning and happy Saturday! How is everyone? I haven't run in a couple of weeks. I've been working out but just haven't felt like running, other than leading a group of little girls at cross country. I'm sure I'll get back knot it eventually. We have a crazy day today with 1 hockey game, 2 hockey practices, 1 football game, baseball tryouts, cross country, and 2 parties. I'm tired just thinking about it!

I hope you all have a great weekend and fabulous runs!

Hey Andi!! Enjoy your weekend!!

Still no running....ended up going in last night. Had another vertigo episode. They think migraine headaches are what is causing the vertigo. I get the vertigo and then a hour or so later I get the headache. :( I have never had migraines but hope I can figure out what is triggering them. DH thinks it is stress :( Which would make sense right now...going back to work, wedding, funeral etc etc. I think I need a vaca or at least learn how to let things go!! The dr said it is for sure not inner ear which is what I was hoping it was.

BUsy day ahead...football this am, community days today so a parade after, hopefully a run later and no vertigo or migraine at all today! Has anyone had migraines and can let me know what works for them??

sb I have been a migraine sufferer my whole life. I find that stress, lack of sleep and poor eating are triggers for me. Generally, as long as I take care of myself I can keep them away. I also get cluster headaches, which feel like mini migraines but come and go got a few weeks. I get those 2x a year when we change the clocks. It's kind if weird. I hope u figure it out and feel better soon.

Ron you are right...running is my stess relief and I think it could help too! I just am afraid to run or drive right now because of the whole spinning room issue! Enjoy the rest of your relaxing day!

Andi...your 3 triggers sound like my life the last few weeks! She also said aspartame can trigger it and caffiene which have been a part of my poor diet as well lately! Do you take imitrex at all?? She gave me a RX but have not filled it...I am not a big medicine person so I would rather figure out the culprit I guess!

Staci - I find that excedrin migraine works better for me than imitrex did. I do drink a lot of caffeine, but I don't do artificial sweetness at all. Caffeine doesn't seem to affect me that way.
