Good morning!

I had a fun time at the pub last night so needless to say, no working out this morning.

Looking forward to 1:00 so I can roll on out of here and head home, maybe even take a nap.

Hope everyone has a great weekend!

Hey Suds!! Jammin' at the pub sounds like a good way to start off the weekend! Working the following morning, not so much fun I'm sure. Hopefully the day will go quickly and you can enjoy your nap!

I took yesterday off from any sort of workout. Last night ds and I went out to dinner and then bowling....we don't do that enough and it was definitely a much needed change for us to have some non-nagging time together. We get so caught up in the rush of getting to school, getting homework done, getting to this and that and the other thing, that there is rarely any time for us to connect at all. We had a great time, too!

Evening my running friends. I hit the gym and lifted and ran 3.1. My leg felt good and I don't think there will be any problem with running tomorrow. I will run slower and longer tomorrow if that is the case. This morning we had a walk against drugs in the City we live in. They had a local UFC guy talk about staying off drugs and at the end of the walk they had a carnival type of thing. We had a lot of fun.

Good morning! A beautiful Sunday morning here, cool and sunny. I took Tank for a nice 4 mile walk and my hips are feeling pretty good. I added an insert to my right shoe to help with the leg length discrepency which also contributed to my hip problems. Next week I work with some exercises with my stretching and maybe a few easy miles.

Ron, sounds like you're feeling pretty good too, hope the run is going well.

Paul ~ I would be interested in knowing what some of those exercises/stretches are when you get a chance. I've found some online, but I want all I can get!! I'm really happy that you are doing so much better.

I had a great weekend. Soccer tournament yesterday and then house stuff today. I am cooking up a storm, which is wierd b/c I hate cooking, but for whatever reason I am enjoying myself! No exercise this weekend, but I should probably get an arm workout in before the day is done.
