Had a nice run this morning and a small workout, now it's time to hit the shower and get ready for work.<br>

<p>Looks like it's going to be a beautiful day here. I'll be heading out in a little while for 10 or 12 miles and then it's a little work around the house.</p>

<p>Hi SB! Congrats to DS2, hope they do well in the tourney! Sounds like some serious flooding going on over there, hopefully this will taper off. Enjoy that run!</p>
<p>I had a great 12 today. It was beautiful out there, sunny and around 50. I saw Andi while I was running. Looks like the boot camp is paying off, she's a lean, mean running machine! Nice guns Andi!</p>
