<p>Rest day today and some easy runs lined up for the weekend. I'm working tomorrow but at least it was a short week for me.</p>

<p>Morning my running friends.  I have had trouble logging on from work.  I will lift at lunch and do an easy run tonight.  My leg has been a little tight so I will take it easy the next couple of day.</p>

speaking of FB, that new set up gives me a headache and I do not like how everyone can read everything you are posting or liking etc!  I have always gone with the mindset that if you wouldnt write it on the front page of the paper, you shouldnt post it online, in email, text etc etc. but still this is a bit much! I would really like to delete my account but I have a couple friends (one in NZ) that is our main way in keeping in touch!! there are good things about it (keeping in touch wiht family/friends) but so many BAD things about it!! I hate that i have one! UGH!! ok off the soapbox!<br><br>
Ran 3 last night.....will take today as a rest day and get a couple more runs in this wkend!  Have a great one everyone!!</p>

<p>Staci-Yes, we got the printer fixed.   I'm kind of the IT tech around our house, so I almost always get a few phone calls while I am gone!  I totally hear you on the new FB set up.  I don't like the way it looks, and all the privacy issues bug me.  I have gone through and changed everything for all the kids so that people can't see things they post, ect, but now it seems like it's going to be harder to keep everyone's things from being seen.  Some days I just feel like deleting my account, too, but I there are a few people out there that I feel like I won't be able to keep up with without it.</p>

<p>Regarding Facebook, several of my friends posted some information about how to get your posts from showing through other people's accounts. I'll post it on my Facebook and you can repost it on yours. It only works if other people follow your request.</p>

<p>thanks suds...I saw that!  like you said it only works if people actually go thru and unsubscribe you.    it is just stinky.. like fer, I wont delete my account but I do plan on not posting on there much anymore in protest!!   like I matter anyway! I am just a grain in a big ole tub of salt!! : )I joined when we had our 20yr reunion and i have really enjoyed keeping up with classmates  that do not live in the area, family that I dont see very often, former coworkers etc but there is so much bad on there as well! i am just sick of fb and would love to delete!!  We just had an incident with ds2 and somethings that some classmate put on his page (threatening to beat him up etc) and I had to call the school regarding it.dh and I read what we percieve as bullying, threatening etc. talking with ds2 about it though he thought it was funny and said it had been going on for a while, and that the kid doesnt even look at him in school, public much less talk to him. kids today think nothing of posting/saying things on line, thru text/email, etc that they would NEVER dare say face to face.  then earlier this wk on my feed, it showed my cousins son was tagged in some girls photos ( I am friends with the son and he is in hs, plays football right now etc) i clicked on the photos and there were a few photos that must have been from the past wkend, nothing too bad until i came to a photo that showed the kids and a jim beam bottle sitting on the table!! dumb kids!! I saw on msn this morning that there are more changes coming..grrrr</p>

<p>Back from 10 miles!  The last mile or so was pretty hard but I did it!  I really didn't expect to have the motivation to go that far today.</p>

<p>Staci-I agree, it's sad the way kids will talk to each other online and thru text.  It really bothers me!</p>
