Good morning and happy Friday!

No work for me tomorrow and I have Monday off so it's a nice long weekend. I move DD2 back to school on Monday, so after that it's back to a half empty home. Well, at least there will be a little less hair in the sink.

This weekend will be a little muggy for my long runs. I have a 1 hour easy run for tomorrow and I'm supposed to do 22 on Sunday. I think that run will be the defining run for my plans for the marathon. Hopefully it will go smoothly, although it won't be easy I'm sure.

Sisu, I rarely run outside on the weekday mornings. There are too many areas that are just plain too dark. Plus I've seen coyote and fox out there and I don't want to run up and spook them some morning. I might wind up doing sprints trying to get away!

Morning my running friends. I have an easy work day so I decided to take it easy this morning and work out later today. It will be a nice weekend with baseball, good work outs, relaxing and Jennifer is coming home.

Good morning! I went to the gym this morning. I've only been running once or twice a week lately. I need to get back to it, but at least I am working out. I am in the middle of doing dd's room over. Closet system has been installed and the first coat of paint is up. I will add the second coat when I get home tonight. Now we need to pick out new carpet and paint her furniture. No more little girl room for her.

Suds - Good luck with the 22. And with moving dd back to school. Yay for a long weekend!

Ron - Enjoy your workout later. I'm glad Fer is coming home. Have a great long weekend!

Hi all! I hope you all have nice plans for the long weekend. I'm doing some fun things with my girls tonight and tomorrow and then Sunday I'll head back home to Ron and the rest of the kids. I've had a decent week of running, but I haven't been too highly motivated. We've been tossing around ideas for races so maybe one of these days the motivation will kick back in. I'll probably run a 5K at the end of Sept here in Boise.

Suds-It must be weird to have a half empty house. We're not going to know what that feels like for a long time. LOL I hope your 22 miles go well. Enjoy your days off from work!

Andi-Redecorating dd's room sounds like fun. :)
