<p>Good morning! Crossfit this morning. I couldn't do my 5 on Wednesday. My leg just hurt so much that I gave up at 2. Usually if I keep going it gets better but I was tired and just couldn't do it mentally. I did yoga yesterday and will do it again after work. Hopefully I will be able to do my 4 tomorrow and 12 on Sunday. I am going to call and schedule a massage and see if that helps at all. I'm getting worried that I won't be ablet to do 26.2. And I know that my time goals are totally out of the question now. I just hope to start it at this poing. </p>
