Good morning!<br>
Happy Friday and happy rest day for me. Just finishing up a small workout and getting ready to hit the shower.<br>
Sisu and Johnny, it was great to be a part of the celebration. I plan on trying some new training stuff this summer and give it another shot for a full in the fall. I'm looking forward to doing a few shorter races so I can work on a little speed right now and then try to boost up my endurance after that.<br>

<p>Good morning!  A tough workout this morning at the gym.  Yesterday was my rest day, but I spent the day doing yard work so I am more tired than ever!  The holiday and the kids schedules are really messing with my training schedule.  Tomorrow should be a 5m pace run with 20 on Sunday.  Instead, I will be doing my 20 @ 5am tomorrow and hoping to fit in a 5 mile recovery run after the Easter festivities.  I can't wait for the hockey practices to officially end on 4/30.  We'll still be busy, but not crazy.  And there is no baseball or lax earlier than 9 or 10 am which is HUGE!!!</p>

<p>Morning my running friends.  I will work out later.  Yesterday I was in San Diego for work but I was able to work out when I got home.  Today we are having a half day in the office then a BBQ and softball game this afternoon.  It should be a lot of fun.</p>
