<p>The usual rest day for me this morning, just a small workout.</p>
<p>A nice long weekend for me. No work tomorrow and I'm taking Monday off to go into Boston. Looking forward to to some fun.</p>

<p>Unfortunately I don't get a whole lot of vacation time so I don't think I will be taking Monday off even though I would love to go in to see the marathon.  Maybe I can switch days; but I'd have to find a sitter for Tuesday.  hhm?  We have a busy weekend ahead, as per the usual.  Lax and championship hockey game tonight.  Lax and hockey tomorrow.  Lax and baseball on Sunday.  I'm happy that it is a cut back week for running so there's less stress.</p>

<p>we are going to be in Fall River MA tomorrow for the night and we were thinking of going into Boston to the aquarium on sun..but then realized the race on Monday would make it hard to get around and no hotels--lol....so we will plan it for another time....</p>

<p>tweeked my back on yesterdays run--not sure what to do about it? but will do a short run of 2 instead of 3 in hopes that it comes out of it...</p>

<p>off to wrap a bday present, shower, pick up ds5 and then head to a bday party...pick up ds7, barn, pack for the night on the sub tomorrow...</p>

<p>Morning my running friends.  I need to work out today.  Maybe a little at lunch then run later?  This weekend will be a busy one but still more fun then work.  One daughter will be with a friend tonight until late tomorrow.  My oldest has a baseball tournament so two games tomorrow and between 1 and 3 games on Sunday.  The youngest has pictures tomorrow morning then a HR derby then a game and team party on Sunday.</p>

<p>I survived the birthday sleepover with nine 12 year old girls.  THey are all nice kids but apparently their goal was to stay up all night.  The last time I checked on them was 3:30am and they were all still awake.  I'm just glad to have my house back to normal now!  Just finished a short run and I'm tired from being up most of the night.  My good friend who I trained with and is supposed to be running Boston on Monday is having major hip issues and I'm worried about her chances or running on Monday.  She had to defer last year for injuries and I'm so worried about her. </p>

<p>Heading to MA and the marathon expo tomorrow - woohoo!!  Can't believe it's almost here!</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Amber - Boston is going to be crazy this weekend between school break and the marathon - good idea to avoid it!    How is your foot?  We were in Fall River last fall for a wedding - my dh's parents grew up in New Bedford and he still has some family in the area.</p>
<p>Ron - enjoy your workout later today.  Sounds like you will have a busy weekend!</p>
<p>Andi - your workouts sound like so much fun!  I've taken a break from bootcamp this week and I miss it!  I hope your busy weekend goes well </p>

Hi Ron!! We have yet to play 1 baseball game!! 3 games for ds2 cancelled..this snow will only make the wet fields worse...springtime here really sucks!  Enjoy it for me!</p>

Well I have 3 for tonight on the schedule and 8 for tomorrow morning!! I cant force myself to do the 8 on the tm, this I know so I guess I will dig out the spikes again and give it a whirl..I think the temps should be above freeezing!!   DH and I are supposed to head out of town for the night tomorrow, visit a winery and out for dinner...hoping this shit clears up and we can make it! The interstates I have heard are horrible and with the ditches full of water, it makes me a little anxious! Hopefully by tomorrow afternoon this system is gone!! When I booked this overf a month ago, I worried that the flooding would interfere with our plans....NOT SNOW!! Good Grief!!<br><br>
