Good morning!
Running rest day today, just doing a workout.
My tm parts arrived yesterday so it looks like Sunday afternoon will be repair day. I'm working tomorrow too so it's going to be a busy weekend.
Amber, I'm looking forward to the Smuttynose race. Are you doing the half? I'm doing the full and my DW and DD will be doing the half.
As for the rest of the season, I'm doing the Run for the Border in a few weeks and then just some smaller races in between.

Good morning Lee!

Yes, let's car pool for the race. As long as you don't mind waiting until I'm done. You and Andi can hit the post race party and save me a seat!

Sunday I'm wide open for time. If Andi is in she would need to be out by 6. You know me, I'm an early riser.

Morning my running friends. Today is a running rest day. I had a short run last night and my legs felt heavy. At least it is Friday!!! Should be another busy day at work and it will be raining on my way home. It is suppose to drop down to about 30 tonight. I know it doesn't sound cold to most of you but that is cold for us.

Glad your TM parts are finally in Paul. Enjoy your weekend.

Paul when you run outside when it is cold what do you wear? Especially your lower body. I really don't have much except for shorts and I have paid the price when running in cold weather in shorts.

Hey Ron - I like Rodney Yee's Yoga for Strength.

I am starving today and I already ate all of the food I brought to work. 3 hours to go! Then I am going out for dinner with my sisters, grandmother and mother for Mom's birthday.

Zumba - That is something I would definately have to try in the privacy of my own home because I am so uncoordinated!

Hi Ron! 30 is cold, but must feel pretty frigid when it's in your climate. I usually wear thermal long underwear under my running pants which are loose fitting. Some of these past mornings have been pretty frosty here but I've been layering up and staying warm enough.

Amber, hope you can get the full m in, that would be great!

yeah Zumba and I will not be venturing into public anytime soon--I totally get the steps all messed up, but keep moving regardless---it seems pretty fun--but I think harder then running....

ANDI--have a great dinner---all our plans have changed due to the weather--so I have two cranky kids and no adult plan for myself :(

the snow had knocked out cable out--I dont have a stick tall enough to bang the snow off the dish, the kids got BOTH their snowmobiles stuck and wont let me go get them---and they are mad cause they are not going to Grams...fun day, can you tell!

SUDS--I am really hoping to do the M in Oct....its in my books :) as long as my body cooperates..I should be there :)....
