Good morning. Up and out for 3.5 this morning. I am so tired of running on icy streets with snow banks.

Suds - Nice job on the tempo run. I am so glad it's Friday, too. Sorry you have to work tomorrow.

Hi all

Amber - sounds like you have a busy day. Have fun at the party tonight!

Sudsy - Good job on your run this morning. Do you have a long run on Sunday? If so, how far?

Andi - good job on that run this morning. It's really a challenge to run on slick roads and kudos to you for getting out there.

Staci - big hugs to you! Hope you feel better soon.

Ds7 is home again today. Poor kid had a fever of 103deg yesterday afternoon and felt so cruddy. I spent the night from 1:30-6am wandering between dd10's room and ds's room sleeping for a bit here and there. Dd seems to be OK this morning but did not sleep well last night. I'd love to go back to sleep but I'm going to attempt a TM run instead. I was supposed to go for 10-12mi this morning but we'll see how that works! I may postpone it until tomorrow.

have a good day!

Good morning Sisu! Stay healthy, it sounds like it's making the rounds at your house. Have as good run later or tomorrow. I'm on for 8 tomorrow and 17 on Sunday.

Hi all! Happy Friday!! :) I'm happy because Ron will be home in a few hours. So, we will probably work out after he gets home before we get the kids from school.

Yesterday I ran 4.5 and then lifted weights a little.

Suds-Have a good day today. I hope today and tomorrow go by quickly for you so you can enjoy your day off.

Amber-Good job on getting your run done. I hear you on getting your mind in a good place to keep going. I'm in good shape right now, but I just cannot push myself past 6 or 7 miles lately.

Andi-I have lots of respect for you getting out there and running on those slippery roads. You're a strong mama!

Susan-Sorry about the sick kiddos!! :( I hope they are on the mend quickly. It's hard on them and on mom! Have a good run.
