Morning my running friends. I lifted this morning and will probably take a running rest day. I think our weekend schedule is going to ease up. We will go from 10 possible baseball games to one. It is suppose to rain here late tonight. I am a little bummed as my oldest son was looking forward to playing with the new team. Last night Jennifer and I went to a fund raising dinner for a non-profit group we are associated with. It was at one of the Disney hotels and we had a really nice time.

Hi all!

Just getting ready to head up to get my kids off the bus. I had a nice workout today at the gym - 15min run, PT exercises then a 20min run. I was bummed that the Bosu ball I usually use at the gym was gone and I couldn't find another one. I use one a lot for my PT stuff and I was really looking forward to using it. I also used my exercise band that I got a few years ago for PT exercises and it snapped as I was doing side steps. Luckily, this one didn't snap me like a giant rubber band like the last one!

Lee - hope you have a good parent teacher conference and that dh enjoys his workout!

Sudsy - is there a home game this weekend? Hope you are having a good day at work.

Amber - Sounds like you've been busy :) Are you still doing the c25k?

Ron - sounds like your weekend will be much more relaxing without all of the baseball. Glad you and the Mrs enjoyed a night out last night :)

Anyone running a Turkey Trot next week? Jennifer and I are running a 5k. It will be really small and I will be really slow. Not is very good shape yet but it will be fun.

I was thinking of a turkey trot, but still just thinking.

Sisu, it's a home game on Sunday. It will be a bit chilly, but I'm looking forward to it. We're playing the Colts, should be a great game.
