<p>SB, glad to see you back here! Sounds like you've been busy and having fun. I'm battling the same piriformis issues and it's not fun. Good luck to you and I'm glad that you're still running. Sorry to hear about your grandmother.</p>

<p>This week took a turned into the crazy,  Yesterday turned into a rest day and I will be working late today and tomorrow so it looks like there won't be time for running. </p>

<p>Paul-it went really well.  First it was delayed due to thunderstorms but they helped cool it down a ton, although still really humid.  The boys ran the free 1/2 mile first and did great.  Ty was 2nd or 3rd behind a few girls <img alt="" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/wink.gif" title="">, Cal ran the whole thing and wasn't last.  It was a 4 mile race for me and I had a PR of 34:49 I think but this year was a new course.  I was hoping for 34 even, figured I could maintain an 8:30mm.  I ended w/32:54 which is faster pace than the 5k's I've been doing lately, go figure LOL.  Sadly all the fast old ladies were out and I only managed to get 5th place AG.  No trophy.  *** just checked the old results, apparently my old PR was 33:47 so not as big an improvement as I thought LOL. </p>

<p>did a good leg workout today.  Getting closer to ass-to-grass squats.  Running 6 later.</p>
