It's Friday, let's hurry this day up and get the party started. 
No running on Fridays so I'm doing my weights and core workout.

Thanks for all the good wishes everyone!! I am bouncing off the walls....dh got up this morning and greeted the dc kids walking in with his new swim trunks!! <img alt="biggrin.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/biggrin.gif"> They thought he was pretty silly!! It was -20* below this moring and that is WITHOUT THE [email protected] WINDCHILL FACTOR!! I think it was around -36* with it??!!! I am so happy to get the heck of here..I am sick of the cold! This is ridiculous, it is March and those are mid-Jan temps!! YUCK!! 
OK gotta run they are almost done eating..willl be back later! 
(((HUGS))) to all and if I don't get back....I will try to get on a couple times from the boat, unless of course i am too busy drinking by the pool!! <img alt="wink.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/wink.gif"> oh yeah and TY...the nakey outfit is all packed and ready to go!! Just waiting for the VS swimsuit..it better get here!!

OMG something has been stinking in the cupboard that we keep the cups for the last few days...I kept thinking it was the sink or the garbage since those are right next to this cupboard..but this morning I sniff-sniffed around and figured out it had to be the cupboard..I dug around couldnot find anything and started going thru the sippy cups....i found one that had something rancid in there..teh smell about knocked me out!!!YUCK!! at least i fugured it out before we left!!

KY...those damn knees are tricky!! I am glad you know what is causing it and what to do!!! Stay healthy!! I will most likely be stuck on the dm on the cruise since the track seems to send my /knees/legs/hips out of whack! <img alt="sad.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/sad.gif">

and one more gripe...why does everything to keep us healthy for running have to cost so stinkin much?? 
We got my bill for orthotics yesterday,,,,,$219!! we had not met my deductible yet....and this graston is a small fortune too!!! whomever says running is cheap......lies! <img alt="biggrin.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/biggrin.gif">

Andi..you have probably already been asked..but when does hockey get done for the year?? We go until APril 11, for basketball....they will quit practicing on the 28th though and just do 2 tournaments after that....I hate basketball in April...last yr their last tourney was in APril too and it was gorgeous out..it sucked sitting in a gym all day. It usually is hard to get going with baseball by then anyway..all the fields are still to wet to get on...so I guess at least they have something to do!
