Good morning!<br>
It's Friday, so no running today.<br>
Right now I'm doing my weight workout and I'll follow up with some crunches and leg lifts.<br>
John, it's still cold here. Hit the cancel button again, please.

Back from 9+ miles.<br><br>
Gotta hurry and get my butt to work.<br><br>
Good morning Suds, Ty, and Heather. WTG on your workouts and have a great Friday!

Batmomm - I'm trying to look for my coupon code for Shamrock. I have it somewhere. Do you know what the code is? It'll save me 10 or 15 bucks.<br><br>
Hi Chosha - No PT was cancelled today and I had to be at work an hour early, so I had to wake up early. How was your day?
Willa - don't get me started. It's also very rare to get Pertussis (Whooping Cough) yet DD#2 caught it and almost died. I'm not going to get preachy though. I'm too tired.<br><br>
But you are right. I haven't got a cold either since I've been running lots. That's a perk.
I'm an advocate for immunizations. I've been on the other side and have seen what disease can do to children, not only mine, but others when we stayed at the hospital. That includes the flu and rsv. Both were very nasty.<br><br>
But, you are right about the success rate of the flu vaccine. I wish that part was better.
Jen - Have fun at work. If you want a running partner, you can come here. I'm running Sat and Sun. <img alt="biggrin.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/biggrin.gif">
Fix an omelette...yummm! Or over easy with toast.
Batmomm - That's ok about the grand prix points. Next year sounds good!
DD#2 was 6 weeks old when she caught whooping cough.<br><br>
20 children have already died of the flu since only Dec 2007. <img alt="sad.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/sad.gif"><br><br>
Last year, of the children that died, over 90% had not been vaccinated.<br><br>
Just saying.<br><br>
But I see your point too. If you are healthy, it shouldn't be a problem.<br><br>
BTW, if you are older than 2 years old, you don't have to have the needle. You can have the flu mist.
Hi Tony. How are you doing? Haven't seen you around lately.
Yeah, I learned my lesson big time. Immunizations do not start until 2 months old. So if I ever have another child, we stay home until their first shots. OK, that's drastic...but...
(((Tony's ds))) I'm glad he's feeling better. I hope he gets 100% soon. I'm doing good. Just working, running, and spending time with the girls.
We're back. <img alt="biggrin.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/biggrin.gif"><br><br>
The girls had yakitori, DH had szechwan chicken, and I ate muu shu veggies. I'm stuffed.
Hi Nicole, Andi, and Monika.<br><br>
What is everyone up to tonight?<br><br>
I think I will fall asleep in about 20 minutes. <img alt="biggrin.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/biggrin.gif">
Nicole - I'm glad you are feeling better. Are you coming to Ty's house next weekend?<br><br>
Monika - WTG on your mileage this month! Yay!<br><br>
KyKy - ((((KyKy)))) You better get better quick!<br><br>
Andi - Did you buy your garmin yet?<br><br>
Ty - I'm sorry you didn't get your test results. <img alt="sad.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/sad.gif"> We are such twins.
Ty - Oh good...you got most of your tests back and they came back good. I'm sooooooooo relieved. Thank God.
<br>
Wow...you all have a busy schedule. And sounds like a fun one too. <img alt="biggrin.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/biggrin.gif">
