HAPPY FRIDAY, EVERYBODY!
Finally this week is coming to an end. I just have to make it through today and I have off tomorrow.
No run this morning, so I'm doing a nice full weight workout.
Hopefully the snow storm they predict will not happen and it will be sunny and warm in the mid 70's. (I can dream, can't I?)

Good morning, Ty! I hope you have a great run this morning.
I'd rather have rain than snow. Hopefully it won't be bad today!
You're right, freezing rain is bad. You can drive on snow pretty good, but driving on ice is a whole new ballgame!
Sounds like a plan! I just hope I don't hug/punch the wrong old lady!
Good morning, Alemma! Have a great Friday!
Good morning, Heather! Nice workout. Hope you feel better!
Good morning, KitKat! Hope you have a great run!

Lee, Andi and Ky-anyone need a ride on Sunday?
Andi, no problem on the ride. We will need to pick up our race packets, so I was thinking of leaving around 7:30 or so. It's about an hour drive or so I think. We can stretch it if you think that's too early. Just let me know.
Lee, Andi's only kidding. It's warm and sunny, in the mid 70's.
Lee, never mind. That was Chosha's house. I got confused where I was.
Do you get a sharp pain when you stab it with a fork?
Wow.
Now try the other knee.
Hi, Ky! I think it's at 10:00. (I have to double check to be sure)
You'll be fine. Just don't stab your knee with a fork.
I have no predictions for the race-just run for a while and cross the finish line.
Ky, if you don't want to drive all the way on Sunday, we could meet you somewhere.
KitKat, you've been busy!
nice run.
I think the coffee already kicked in!
I worry about cancer too. I've probably absorbed enough asbestos over the years to make a set of brake pads out of my ass cheeks.
Yeah, when I pull up my pants, they come to a screeching halt!
Wow, Abbie! Looks painful!
My brake pads are great, thanks. Hardly any wear and they come with a lifetime warranty!
That's what guys do! And when we are finally driving to the hospital and get lost, we still won't ask for directions.
I'll have a ky-my-ty on the rocks with a twist of lime, please.
