If I had the mula, I'd do PT 5 days a week. I absolutely love that man. besides the fact that he fixes all my twists, he and the other PTs are so much fun. Today was like a party... I saw the Iron Man guy again. At this time with his IM tattoo on his forearm. FREAKING AWESOME... So there were 4 PTs (2 runners and a tri) and 2 patients chatting for an hour about races and times and goals...<br><br>
Oh yeah, and in the meantime Jason made my L3 and L4 move again. Everything was locked up cuz my SI was unleveled. He popped my hip, my back and my foot back to normal, did a lot of miofascial torture release while he yelled my race schedule to the other PT who was across the room. She already knew it, but everytime I am there, they do this crazy talk show and freak the patients out... the poor lil'ol'ladies...<br><br>
Chatty Ty this morning, huh? I'm alone in the office and waiting for the coffee to kick in so I can do so massive paperwork.<br><br>
Oh, and I walked 2 miles and ran 5 before PT.<br><br>
