Finally this week is coming to an end. I just have to make it through today and I have off tomorrow.
No run this morning, so I'm doing a nice full weight workout.
Hopefully the snow storm they predict will not happen and it will be sunny and warm in the mid 70's. (I can dream, can't I?)

hi Suds... last night we didn't get snow, but got freezing rain when I was picking DD up from school. Today, it's supposed to rain. I'm glad I'm very close to work and school.
I have to run today. My goal for this morning is 7 miles.
Now I have a daily goal that I have to get up to.
It will be at very easy pace.
tks Paul... I will throw a lot of walking today and some incline, instead of speed.
hm... I dunno... freezing rain is pretty bad... but I can't stand the amount of snow that MA gets either.
I just checked the forecast... freezing rain today... sucker. tomorrow looks like promising running weather, though... I will ask DH if he would be willing to go meet me at Umstead with DD, so I can get my full run there and she can get her run in too
looks like it will be around 50s... I can use some grilling/picnic on that weather... we'll see...
thankfully my driving is very short.

coffee was good and I need to go.
I love mornings

thanks for the company, Suds... have a quick and easy day at work. Give the nice old lady a hug and the nasty old lady a punch from Ty
If I had the mula, I'd do PT 5 days a week. I absolutely love that man. besides the fact that he fixes all my twists, he and the other PTs are so much fun. Today was like a party... I saw the Iron Man guy again. At this time with his IM tattoo on his forearm. FREAKING AWESOME... So there were 4 PTs (2 runners and a tri) and 2 patients chatting for an hour about races and times and goals...

Oh yeah, and in the meantime Jason made my L3 and L4 move again. Everything was locked up cuz my SI was unleveled. He popped my hip, my back and my foot back to normal, did a lot of miofascial torture release while he yelled my race schedule to the other PT who was across the room. She already knew it, but everytime I am there, they do this crazy talk show and freak the patients out... the poor lil'ol'ladies...

Chatty Ty this morning, huh? I'm alone in the office and waiting for the coffee to kick in so I can do so massive paperwork.

Oh, and I walked 2 miles and ran 5 before PT.

k, now lemme work gradually on shout outs...
See less See more
tks for making me spit crackers all over my desk...
Heather, Heather, Heather... be gentle to your body, you freaking machine.
that should be an intersting sight, I mean sound...
the phone is normal to quiet...

but I am really busy eating a cinnamon bread that DH just brought me from Great Harvest... that's why I can't complain for not losing weight.
I feel really good about my bread... I'm carbo loading.
All good carbs cuz I say so.

Damn, that reminds me, I need to load on the salt today again...
KITKAT I'm trying to catch up, but I'm messed up again. Did you say anything yet about your DD today??? I can't find it! How is she feeling? Is she sleeping well? How about the nightmares? Is she able to comfortably get things in her tummy yet?
yeah... and the "break pads" need to be unwrapped for full inspection
jeans, you're so good... WTg on helping SIL. I'm with you about resting. It will do help more than sickie miles.
