Good morning! I got up and out for an ez 5 this morning. My inner thighs are still sore from Monday's boot camp. They better feel better by Sunday!

Hey Heather - Did you find a sitter for Sunday? Are you ready for a great race? It should be cold, but sunny. I'll take anything as long as it's not cold and rainy!

what a weird weather day for many of us!! tornados, thunderstorms, blizzards!! around 9" inches of fluffly white shit on the ground here and ice underneath....no school..BOO! now we lose Easter Monday vacation day:( I hate storm days! Freaky weather last night...we had snow/sleet that looked like dippin dots ( no lie!), thunder & lightening while it was SNOWING, wind, rain....and finally the snow!! WIERD!! Hope the driving conditions get better and I can get to the gym later this afternoon...I believe most businesses are opening later. Plan is for 3-4 since I didint run last night. DS3& I ran to the grocery store right after work, and that was when the freezing rain/dippin dot snow started...we made it home and I stayed put the rest of the night!! This weather makes me crabby!! AHHHH!

Have a great day & hope the severe weather is done for all of you!! :)

sb - Yuck! Winter has got to go soon. We are expecting a few inches tonight. Nothing like what you have, but it still stinks!

Lee and Suds - What's the plan for Sunday? Can one of you drive up? My friend who is running it too is driving up with her sister but has to drive home alone and I'd like to come home with her to keep her company. What do you think? What time?

Staci - enough winter already! you all do get some crazy weather out there! I hope this is the end of it! Sounds like it's time for margarita! :) Bummer about all of that snow! Most of our grass is still covered, too, and we're getting 4" more tomorrow. BOO!!

Andi - you are going to have a great race this weekend! That weather sounds great and you must be so strong now - can't wait to see how you do!

Paul - I think you and Leembo are going to have a great race, too. Rest up!

Ron - 50s is shorts weather here in Maine. how is your leg?

Leembo - the good thing about going to work so early is that you get home early, right? Hope you had a good day!

I guess its a semi-rest day for me. I went to my sports massage guy (who is also my "coach") and he insisted that I don't run 20 this Friday. He said 2 hours of running will be perfect and I guess I should go with what he says. I may try to run later but this has been a crazy day and it's a half day for my kids so it probably won't happen.

Have a good afternoon!

What is all that white stuff?

Susan my leg feels ok but if I ran right now I can tell it would be bad after a couple of runs. What can I do? Once I was seeing a property in Leadville, CO. It is the highest elevated incorporated town in the country at just over 10,000 ft. One of the employees at the site was in shorts and a t-shirt. It was June and the temp was around 30. I thought he was nuts.
