<p>I,d like to say ..Im not as good as I once was , but Im as good once as I ever was..but even that aint true.lol</p>

<p>Now that Im back to running a little more serious miles , I find it a harder to push 115 lbs of English Bulldogs. But they know my routine and can spot the running clothes,,then they (dog) my footsteps because they want to go to..I find it hard to go without them..lol  Icedog  <span><img alt="rolleyes.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/rolleyes.gif"></span></p>
